the best example i can think of is how so many people with poor social skills claim to have aspergers syndrome.
This one drives me up a wall. Even when people don’t claim Aspergers, they try to play it off a lack of social skills as some sort of virtue (“I’m above all that shallow crap.”) We’re not just in school to learn how to read, write and do math....
